The game was all set...the run mines were laid by Pak as Australian wickets blasted of during the journey to victory..but it wasn't really their's infact it was gifted to them by Ajmal in last over...

Then who's was it of course Pakistan's..Trying hard to make a finalist entry for the third time Pakistan stood outstanding throughout 19 overs of their bowling innings but were out classed by Hussy in last over of Ajmal...

Questions were being raised the moment Ajmal had the ball for final over and Pakistan Cricket fans all over started praying..Pakistan's cricket community on orkut was one of them...

And then comments came out shit! Afridi...Last over to a spinner...How can you do that....And then it happened which was unexpected....2 sixes and a 4 by hussy off Ajmal....swept the tide away from the defending champions...

It could have happened the other way round as well...had the over given to a fast bowler..who could have been saved for last few overs...

But then how does Dhoni comes into the picture in all this...As the match was going on my thoughts went of to the 1st T20 Final between India and Pakistan where Indian won in last over when Shreeshant took a marvelous catch off Joginder Sharma..forcing Mishbah on his Knees

Ofcourse Misbah was not expecting Joginder Sharma for the final over when Harbajan was in flow during his spell

A change in mindset of Mishbah costed Pakistan the cup....

Had Afridi thought with a mind of Dhoni Pakistan could or rather would have been in finals...
That's where experience comes into play..Dhoni didn't had either..he tried and succeeded...but that is where Afridi lacked...

Though he bowled well before but under pressure all Ajmal could get was a six and four...It would be hard again comparing Misbah and Hussy...or Pakistan and Australia but when it comes to T20 everything is possible because as they say....

"In T20 Wins and losses are like coin tosses"

Sweet T20 was just an added Flavor for India

If India would have won T20 it would have just added a flavor of ice to the already sweet Indian records History

Pakistan Makes Interesting Matches

It was 8th May 2010...The sword was on the heads and the team was one among the deads...

Yes after loosing against all major teams Australia,England it was Do or Die and Pakistan was thinking something high...

With Kiwis bowled out for 133..It seemed Pakistan would pass the super six phase easily..But it wasn't that easy..They bowled well but batted more like a drama..with the match ending on last ball as the wicket of Abdur Rehman...Kiwis had a rise to skies but still depending on a SAF win against Pakistan which was not on the cards...

A very close one indeed some bad batting display and win of last ball...Pakistan depreciated the NRR though and was easily into the semis after NZ could not withstand English rule....

It was Eng Vs SL then Eng won easily..and as SL prepared to pack the bags home...they something unusual...
A match that no one could ever had predicted....While Pakis had a high stake in bet's Aussies had low rates in bet's..Ofcourse an Australian win was written by ICC fans on cards after a dramatic performance by Pakistan

But it didn't stayed long as ICC fans tuned their TV's for live first innings telecast on 14th May..It looked like its raining Cats and Dogs for Pakistan..Lucky Indeed..As the first of the Akmal Brother started firing with his battling bat Aussies were hopeless...

As Nannes,Tait were pushed back to boundaries...Clark was forced to go for some new tries till Johnson was brought into the attack

But it wasn't over till yet...suddenly as Kamran had a Fall his younger brother stood up Tall with a marvelous 56 from 35 n.o beating the strike rate of his elderly brother...

Both of them amounted 106 off 69 balls...and ended with 191 on board..

Phew! everyone could smell Aussies sweats...

A first over maiden and 191 in ending....Sleepy eyes got a wakeup call to Paki fans...with bowling as their major area of concern Pak could feel the win easily....

Aussies started off badly with warner back to pavellion for 0 but it was MEK Hussy who ended it in style with a dashing 60 off 24 and Aussies won comfortably. Last over with like rockets flying out of Hussys jerousy's pockets..
Indeed a dramatic win but indeed it was a good win to...
